Aventurine Vs. Amazonite

I’m sitting here doing my best to inventory all of my stones and crystals and get it done before the night is over. I have a green stone in my hand and can’t tell if it is Aventurine or Amazonite. Instead of recking my brain, I enlisted one of our new best friends, Google to do more research.

Why is hard to tell these stones apart?

Both of these stones are green in color. They are similar in makeup.

On the other hand, Amazonite is said to have a calming and soothing effect on the heart and throat chakras, helping the wearer to express their true feelings. It is also believed to be a powerful manifestation stone, helping to make dreams a reality.
