Rules

Professional conduct: Be respectful, on time, and prepared. Harassment, discrimination, and unsafe behavior are prohibited.

Compliance: Follow venue rules, DC fire/egress codes, ADA access, and staff directions.

Attendance: Show up for all required dates on your role’s schedule. Confirm conflicts 48 hours in advance.

Registration & agreements: Complete registration, releases, and agreements before participating.

Media package due: Fri, Mar 13, 2026 (bio, headshot/logo, social handles, credits).

Final due date: Fri, Mar 20, 2026 (all department needs and payments).

Promotion: Share official posts and invite guests when able.

Backstage rules: Closed area; water only near garments; no food in fitting areas; obey dressing room captains.

Substances: Drug-free and smoke-free facility. Alcohol only if the Center authorizes it in writing (not expected).

Minors: Must have a parent/guardian or approved chaperone at all times; minor release required.

Media consent: Photo/video may occur throughout; by participating you agree to promotional use.
